What are the bowls for?
Whole, uncut fruit and decorative display. They are not intended for cut foods, hot food or liquids. Each product page lists its material, dimensions and care.
Which size should I choose?
Standard is a compact focal point; Large gives the sculptural form more presence. Compare the maximum diameter and height in the product size table.
Where do you ship?
The 50 United States and Washington, D.C.; no U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, not a guarantee.
What is the order cutoff?
07:00 PM at fixed GMT−06:00, Central Standard Time (Chicago), without daylight-saving changes. After-cutoff, weekend and U.S. federal holiday orders begin handling the next business day.
Can I return an item?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt, then send within 14 calendar days of authorization. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
Who pays for returns?
We cover return shipping for our errors, damage, defects or incorrect items. You pay for change-of-mind returns to our address in France. No restocking fee applies.
When will I receive my refund?
After approval, refunds return automatically to the original payment account within 10 days.
